Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Ag Tech & Machine to delete personal information or connection data associated with your account, enquiry, customer record, or connected social channel.

How to request deletion

Email support@agtechandmachine.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". You may also contact us through the public contact page if email is not available.

What to include

Please include your name, business name if applicable, contact email, the account or service involved, and a short description of the information you want deleted. For connected social channels, include the public profile, page, or account name so we can identify the right connection.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify that you are authorised to make it, identify the relevant records, and delete or de-identify information where we can reasonably and lawfully do so. We may contact you if more information is required.

When deletion may be limited

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, warranty, security, dispute-resolution, backup, or legitimate business record-keeping reasons. Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit use of the retained information where appropriate.

Disconnecting social channels

If a social channel or business account has been connected, an authorised user can request disconnection. Disconnection removes active access for future actions, but historical business records may remain where required for review, audit, support, or legal reasons.
